Standing-seam metal for custom homes. Heat-welded TPO and PVC for low-slope assemblies, with fleece-backed and PVC/KEE options where specified.
Tapered insulation, compatible cover boards such as DensDeck® Prime, and rated cool-roof products where required. We review the full assembly against the project specifications and applicable code.

Decks, terraces & below grade
Reinforced liquid-applied and sheet membrane systems for balconies, occupied-space decks, and plazas. Compatible PMMA flashing at drains, penetrations, and irregular transitions where specified.
For below-grade scopes, we review pre-applied or post-applied membranes, protection, drainage, and tie-ins at walls and slabs.
System examples are subject to project specifications, substrate compatibility, and manufacturer requirements.

- Before the roof is built, we price from the current drawing set. We review roof plans, elevations, sections, details, and specifications to quantify slope-adjusted roof area, ridges and valleys, flashings, drainage, and penetrations. The estimate identifies the drawing revision, scope assumptions, and any details that need clarification.
- Existing roofs / drone surveys
- Commercial drone imagery captures roof planes, penetrations, and hard-to-see transitions. Flights are coordinated with qualified pilots and any required airspace approvals.
- Satellite measurements
- Aerial and satellite imagery help establish roof area and geometry. We cross-check quantities against plans, drone captures, and field measurements where needed.
- Google AI–assisted review
- We use Google AI to help organize project information and flag items for review. Our team checks the quantities, scope, and pricing.
- Itemized scope and pricing
- See the materials, labor, access requirements, and assumptions behind the estimate. Concealed conditions are identified as a separate allowance or exclusion when applicable.

Warranties & closeout
Confirm available manufacturer coverage and separate workmanship terms in the proposal. Coverage depends on the selected system, installer eligibility, and any required inspections or maintenance.
